The Mediterranean garden extends over about 700 m2. In almost every season flowers of bushes, trees or plants bloom. Cacti blossom in the niches of the walls, Yuca palms, azaleas, oleanders, jasmine, olive trees, bougainvillea, camellias blossom along the lawn and around the house....
On the flat panorama lawn you can enjoy the amazing view from the Swiss snow capped mountains to the Italian Lago Maggiore, relax in the shade of the palm trees or play for the morning gymnastics.

The piazza with its typical Ticino natural stone floor invites you to a cosy evening round the festive table. On hot days you will find cool refuge under the vines of the pergola, under the shady palm trees or under the large parasol on the sun deck. In 15-20 minutes you are already on foot in the wonderfully refreshing wet of the lake.

The day's coming to an end. The garden is lit with palm trees and flowers. Around the lake sparkling lights illuminate, the last sailing boats find their way back to the harbour before the evening rest.
