Brissago offers a variety of possible walks. A nice, easy hike goes along the road at Casa Fiore in Brissago Porta via Ronco to Ascona. The walk takes about one hour to Ronco and another hour to the street cafes in Ascona. For the way back it is best to catch the hourly bus (number 316 from Ascona Posta). The view of Lake Maggiore is wonderful. In Ronco there are some restaurants for a snack. In Ronco you can continue along the road, or you can descend a little and take the panoramic road at the church level. Not only the view on the nature, but also the luxurious holiday houses are impressive!
